Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, company, email address and business requirements. Recruitment emails may include your CV, experience and contact details. Please do not include consumer records, health information or other sensitive personal information in a campaign inquiry.

Campaign brief and email

The campaign brief form prepares your details in your browser for review. Choosing “Send inquiry” transmits your details securely to our server and email provider for delivery to info@spantronics.com. The website does not keep a copy of the full brief in its database. It uses limited delivery and security records to prevent duplicate submissions and abuse. Live delivery records have a 24-hour validity period; expired records are removed during subsequent form activity. Restricted recovery backups may preserve copies of those records longer. Correspondence is retained in our email system. If direct sending is unavailable, you may choose to open a draft in your own email app instead. Form entries remain on the page until you clear them, reload or leave.

How we use information

We use business inquiries to respond to requests, understand requirements and manage business communications. We use recruitment information to review applications and communicate with applicants. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for these purposes.

Technical information and service providers

GoDaddy hosts the website, Google Workspace handles form email, and Amazon Web Services stores a restricted recovery backup of limited delivery and security records and mail connection settings. These providers may process technical information, including request, security and authentication data, to operate and protect their services. An essential, secure cookie protects the inquiry form and expires after 15 minutes. Short-lived, pseudonymous security records help limit abuse; the form does not store your raw IP address in its database. This website does not add analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Service providers handle information under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain correspondence and application information as needed for the purpose for which it was provided, ongoing communications and applicable obligations. We use appropriate safeguards, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can choose what information to share. To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, contact info@spantronics.com. We will review your request and respond as appropriate, subject to applicable requirements. For applications, contact careers@spantronics.com.
